The program includes choreographic miniatures of 8 novice choreographers — workshop participants selected from a multitude of applicants by an authoritative international jury. Traditionally, world ballet stars will come to Ekaterinburg to participate in the gala concerts of the Dance Platform.

This year, viewers will be able to see artists of the Bolshoi Theater of Russia — Anastasia Goryacheva and Andrey Bolotin will perform the most interesting performances of classical and modern choreography, and the outstanding ballerina Maria Alexandrova will dance in the ballet «Curtain». Also, the audience saw the ballet Step Lightly — the staging of one of the most famous modern choreographers in the world, Paul Lightfoot. «Dance Platform» is an opportunity to see how modern ballet is born!

He performed as a principal dancer at the world’s top ballet companies — at the Mariinsky theatre, the Netherlands National ballet, the Royal Ballet of the Great Britain. In 2006 he started his career in choreography. He worked with Russia’s and world’s best theatres: the Covent Garden («Trip trac» to music by Shostakovich in 2010), Mikhaylovsky theatre («Minor sonatas» to music by Scarlatti in 2010), the Bolshoy theatre («Undine» by Henze in 2016), Perm theatre of opera and ballet («Le Baiser de la Fee» by Stravinsky in 2017).

Assistant artistic director of the Yekaterinburg ballet. Author of publications on ballet and academic music on the portal Colta.ru, in the Petersburg Theater Magazine, in the booklets of the Bolshoi and Mariinsky Theaters. In the past — the ballet dancer of the Opera and Ballet Theater of the St. Petersburg Conservatory (2010 — 2015). A graduate of the Krasnoyarsk Choreographic College, the Vaganova Academy of Russian Ballet (specialty «History and Theory of Ballet»), St. Petersburg State University (specialty «music criticism»).
